The Veterinary Surgery Act 1966 prohibits anyone other than a qualified veterinary surgeon from diagnosing ailments.  The Protection of Animals Act 1911 requires that if an animal clearly needs treatment from a veterinary surgeon the owner must obtain this.  When you consult about any animal with Venus/Liz/LilybetOracle/Lily you acknowledge that your animal has seen a vet prior to any animal communication/healing.

Venus/Liz/LilybetOracle/Lily will not read for anyone under 18 years of age without written consent from a parent or legal guardian.  No exceptions.  

Privacy Statement

Venus/Liz/LilybetOracle/Lily will not disclose any information to third parties.  All readings/intuitive soul work/animal communcation/healing is kept confidential unless she feels that the client may be in danger of hurting themselves or another, and then in this case only she will contact the proper authorities.
