There are various ways to go about soul work with me; this is different for each client.  I offer a bespoke service. 

My clients are both men and women, in the 25 to 75 age range.  Mainly people who lack confidence, motivation and self-esteem that makes them anxious about many issues which affects their life.  Some professionals. Some wanting to become a coach. Some small business owners whose business are expanding, and executives looking to get more balance in their lives, to name a few.

Basically, people who are ready to make change in their life, and to really go for what they want.  My clients are normally successful in many areas of their life, but there might be areas that need to be brought into balance; they are ready for more self-awareness.

Everyone is different.  Change does not often happen over night (although sometimes it does!); however it is not necessary for change to take a long time!  Some people having soul sessions with me for 2 months, and others have a 1-2 year partnership with me.  I simply suggest my clients have soul sessions for as long as they love it and the results!  It is important that you use the tools I give you to help yourself and do not use me as your 'crutch'!

Below is a guideline of what I offer, but remember, what I offer is bespoke so this can vary dependent on your individual circumstances;

Face to Face Intuitive Soul Work with Lily

I also offer face to face soul work sessions in my clinics in either Glastonbury, Chard or Axminster in the UK. 

I will teach you the basics of how energy works, who it impacts and influences in your life; including soul retrieval and rescue.  This work will help you make clear effective decisions, enabling and empowering you to rebuild the connections that had been damaged or even shattered to reconnect your mind, heart and physical body; so that you can allow yourself to move forward in your life.

Clients request intuitive soul work with me on a wide range of issues, including anxiety, fears, addictions, allergies, depression, guilt, identity issues, low self-esteem, panic attacks, phobias, ruts and weight problems.

One off One Hour Telephone Soul Work Session with Lily

This is a very thorough session that usually covers a specific area of your life, possibly where you feel as if you are in fear or phobic.  You are given various 'tools' to use that will help you help yourself in times of emotional difficulty. 

So that you can get the most out of your session you will need to contact me by email or telephone prior to the session giving a quick synopsis of what you would like to cover in this session.

This session can also be face to face (see below). Sometimes clients like to meet me face to face however, this is a personal preference.  Soul work can be done entirely on the phone - some of my clients I never get to meet in the flesh!

Three 35 minute Telephone Soul Work Sessions a month with Lily

This is a good way of working if you have many commitments in your life and time is of the essence.  You contact me every week for thirty five minutes for three weeks and then one week off.  I am also available on the phone or email for in-between each session if you require it.  It is a very effective way to keep up your stamina with the flow of your transformation.

Six Months Soul Work Sessions with Lily

Sometimes some of our habits have been with us a long time, often since childhood, so your challenges may take some time to conquer, so you'll need stamina to keep going, and I am there to help.

I offer soul work sessions for six months where we work together for 35 minute sessions three times a month; where you can make changes in areas of your life from week to week, dealing with issues as and when they come up in detail.  The benefit of these regular phone sessions is that they keep pointing you at your goals. 

If you are looking for transformation in your life then this is a good way to go about it.
